最近在调paypal API， 连接服务器 curl ssl 的时候会出现connect error
* Connected to api.sandbox.paypal.com (173.0.82.78) port 443 (#0)
* TLS disabled due to previous handshake failure
* CAfile: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt
CApath: none
* NSS error -12286
* Closing connection #0
* SSL connect error
curl: (35) SSL connect error
但是访问度娘的curl https://www.baidu.com 又是正常的
其实是系统的 ssl 相关的包没有升级，执行升级命令即可
yum update -y nss curl libcurl
